OUR CHARITY

At Innovative Home Loans, we finance a difference.

Levi’s Project funds world-leading research and clinical trials for children with DIPG and brain cancer, a devastating brain cancer with a 0% survival rate.

Founded in 2019 after the death of 8-year-old Levi Wheeler, Levi’s Project has raised $4.3million for DIPG research and employs five scientists in the Brain Tumours Group at Children’s Cancer Institute.

In 2023, Levi’s Project launched an Australian-first CAR-T Cell therapy trial for children with DIPG in conjunction with Sydney Children’s Hospital, Children’s Cancer Institute, Royal Adelaide Hospital and the University of New South Wales.

The trial, called Levi’s Catch in honour of the significant contribution Levi’s Project has made to brain cancer research in Australia, is the first time in the world outside the United States that children with DIPG will have access to this ground-breaking new therapy, which genetically modifies a patient’s own immune cells to teach them to target and attack the tumour.

By trusting us with your lending you are helping change the odds for kids facing DIPG and brain cancer, with a portion of every loan we assist in being donated to Levi’s Project.
