Where do I start with Charlotte, I have been working with Charlotte over the last two years on my property journey. She always kept in touch to let me know when my pre-approval was due to expire so she ensured my pre-approval was always up to date. The thing that makes Charlotte different from the rest is that she goes to the extra effort of calling real estate agents about properties that are coming up and not yet listed on the market.
